With our hosting, most support questions are usually unrelated to web hosting, and consist of adding programs on their web pages, How-To's, and home computer problems. We are always willing to assist our clients in adding programs to their web site and if we have the answers to their home computer troubles, we will work to resolve their trouble. We remember what it was like when we were learning computers and the Internet and how frustrating it could get trying to find answers. With this in mind, our clients know they can call on us and we will always be there to help them. Even if it has nothing to do with our services. We choose to use only Linux based systems for our web hosting. They are more reliable and offer very high security.  With multiple backbones (connections to the Internet) and redundant back up servers, our clients information is not only secure, but it is safe from loss due to an unforeseen outage (luckily, we have not had one occur yet).
